Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wonder Project. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
• The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
• You must have proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or original packing slip.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Please email us at shop@thewonderproject.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Package Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RMA number on the outside of the box or on a note inside.
4. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

• Refunds to Original Payment Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
• Store Credit: As an alternative to a refund, you may opt to receive your refund as store credit. Once approved, we will issue you a digital gift card or a unique code for the full refund amount. This credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site and does not expire.
